New Maryland Dept. of Agriculture Rules for Horse Showing!
MD Dept of Agriculture is now requiring each horse owner to provide proof of  Veterinary-Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) or Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) in order to attend horse shows. You can either use the official MDA VCPR Form, or you can provide your horse's vaccination records on a printout from your vet. You must also provide an Equine Self Certification of Animal Health. This can either be on the official MDA form, or on the BEST Horse Shows Biosecurity Form. All forms are now available on this website on the "Forms" page under the "BEST Show Series" tab.
